At NTRCEPT, all products are made in limited quantities and fulfilled specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Eligible Issues

We only offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received

Proof Required

To submit a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging and item received

Claims without photo proof may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Changed minds
  • Minor print placement or color variation differences
  • Normal wear or misuse

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.

Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we may:

  • Send a replacement item
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Issue a full refund

The resolution provided will depend on the situation and product availability.
