This is, without a doubt, one of the best photos I've ever taken.

One night near Eglin AFB, I decided to chase down a Dover C-5 that was conducting countermeasures testing over the range. I had absolutely no idea if I would even be able to see it, let alone photograph it.

After finding a small hill in Florida of all places, I set up with my Sony A7V and Sony 200-600mm lens and waited. What followed was a once in a lifetime moment. Shooting at over ISO 20,000, I captured the C-5 illuminating the night sky.

It's one of those photographs that you can't plan for, can't recreate, and probably won't ever get another chance to capture.

I'm incredibly excited to finally offer it as a print.
