Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All NTRCEPT products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for reasons such as buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ntrcept.exe@gmail.com.

Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NTRCEPT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it in accordance with the policy above.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
